The choice of practices to be followed can be made after a preliminary introductory meeting with our certified trainers. During this meeting, the trainers will evaluate the expectations and needs of the client, and based on the outcome of this evaluation they will create customised and personalized training sessions.

Each lesson lasts 55 minutes.
We kindly ask our customers to schedule your appointments in advance, and to be on time out of respect for other users of the center.
Classes that are not canceled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. When you are not able to attend, we would like the opportunity to offer the space to other clients.
You will be required to bring a medical certificate for the practice of non-competitive sports activity.

Our courses

One to One

Private lessons are the best way to learn the various techniques of Fusion Pilates. You will be personally guided by the teacher and the program will be designed and customised based on your individual needs and goals.

The lesson includes the use of all the machines designed by J.H.Pilates: Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Wall Unit, and all other studio equipment.

 

Duo

These lessons are conducted with a partner of the same general fitness level.

These lessons include the use of the original equipment: Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Wall Unit, and all other studio equipment used for Fusion Pilates Training.

Mat Class

Mat classes are for groups of 3 to 9 people. Classes are kept small in order to ensure a quality experience. They are comprised of bodyweight exercises performed on the mat or at the bar using all the techniques of Fusion Pilates, assisted by tools such as weights, elastic bands, magic circle, step, ball, arc barrel, flow tonic, push up bars, roller etc., along with the exclusive Fletcher Pilates® techniques: Fletcher Towelwork®, Fletcher Barrework ™, Fletcher Floorwork®.

Before enrolling in Mat Class we recommend a minimum number of individual lessons (One on One), especially if you have not yet achieved a suitable fitness level.

 

Tower and Chair Class Fusion

These lessons are for groups of 2 to 4 people.

These are exercises performed with the original Wall Unit and Wunda Chair machines and assisted by the use of small tools. In order to participate, you will need to have reached at least an intermediate experience level.  We recommend that you participate in a cycle of Matt Class lessons first. It will be the teacher’s responsibility to evaluate the client’s skill level and readiness.

One to One

You will be personally guided by the teacher and the program will be designed and customised based on your individual needs and goals..

The lesson includes the use of original equipment: Reformer and Wunda Chair and equipment such as ball, roller, magic circle, elastic bands, trigger points, Matilde’s Braid.

 

Duo

The Duo lesson is done with a partner of the same general fitness level. The lesson includes the use of the machines designed by J. H. Pilates: Reformer and Wunda Chair.

Mat Class

These classes are for groups of 3 to 9 people. Classes are kept small in order to ensure a quality experience.

These lessons include the use of tools such as ball, roller, magic circle, elastic bands, trigger points, Matilde’s Braid. To participate in this course it is not necessary to have any prior experience.

 

Chair and Reformer Class Pilates

These lessons are for groups of 2 to 4 people.

These are exercises performed with the original Reformer and Wunda Chair machines.  Prior to enrolling in this, we recommend participating in a series of Mat Class lessons.

Hatha Yoga Class

These lessons are offered for groups of 3 to 9 people.  Classes are kept small in order to ensure a quality experience.
