Practices

Every physical activity provides a benefit not only to the body but also to the mind-body connection and our general approach to life. What would you like to change about yourself? Choose your practice.

Courses

Tower and Chair

Small group lessons include only 2 to 4 people. In order to participate, you will be required to have reached an intermediate proficiency level in the practice.

One to one

Individual lessons (One on One) are the best way to learn the various disciplines. You will be personally guided by the teacher and the program will be designed and customised based on your individual needs and goals.

Mat Class

Group lessons will be limited to a maximum of 9 participants in order to ensure a quality experience. If your fitness level is not yet adequate, we advise a minimum number of individual lessons (One on One) prior to enrolling in the group.
